MEET HELENA

Helena is a UK-based coach specialising in empowering people to take ownership of their well-being and create vibrant, balanced futures. Through her work, she helps clients gain agency over their decisions and actions by focusing on the key pillars of well-being—physical, mental, and emotional health—and ensuring these remain central to their choices and lifestyles.

With over 10 years of experience and 2,000+ hours of coaching clients worldwide, Helena is a highly experienced and ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is trained as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute and is now a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, accredited by the NHS and trained through Raw Horizons. Her approach is grounded in positive psychology, an evidence-based philosophy that highlights strengths, fosters resilience, and supports intentional, sustainable change.

As a former CrossFit gym owner and qualified fitness coach, Helena brings a personal passion for staying strong and vibrant into her coaching. Her sessions are dynamic and engaging, blending energy, humour, empathy, and challenge to hold clients accountable while creating a supportive space for growth. Whether working in person or online, Helena partners with clients to transform their well-being, helping them build healthy habits, boost vitality, and thrive in every area of life.

Online Group Courses

Twice a year, I offer online courses to help you build a strong foundation in positive health practices. These courses combine insights from wellness research with practical exercises, offering structure and support. Each course is an opportunity to join a like-minded community, building momentum and motivation as you make lasting changes.
